Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. We're here to offer a space to pause, reflect, and begin a healing journey in a supportive environment. Whether you're feeling anxious, disconnected, navigating big life changes, or just craving a space to feel more like yourself again, we’ll meet you where you are, without judgment.

Our approach is rooted in attachment work, but we pull from a mixture of modalities depending on what you need—CBT, mindfulness, somatic tools, and more. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface. We'll gently build more clarity, connection, and self-trust along the way.

Sessions are private, accessible, and can often be covered by insurance. Most of all, they’re centred around you. Therapy doesn’t have to be cold or clinical. It can be grounded, relational, and deeply healing.

Meet Your Therapist

Our therapists

I’m Jodie Luddu, a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work. I’m passionate about helping people heal, grow, and build resilience - both within themselves and within their relationships.

My work focuses on guiding individuals to understand how early experiences shape their current behaviour, mental health, and connection to others. Using evidence-based theories, we will explore these patterns whilst also strengthening self-awareness and creating meaningful change. I draw from several modalities; cognitive-behavioural therapy and attachment-based therapies being the primary ones. I naturally work from a client-centred approach, ensuring that each session is adapted to your individual needs. I understand that therapy can sometimes feel daunting and messy, therefore I am committed to supporting you throughout this process.

I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years, beginning as a crisis counsellor at a women’s shelter in 2014. This shelter was dedicated to women and children who were fleeing domestic violence, providing them with safety, support, and resources to rebuild their lives. I went on to work at a recovery centre for individuals suffering from addiction. Following that, I gained several international experiences in mental health settings. This allowed me to broaden my understanding of diverse cultural perspectives and approaches to care. These opportunities have allowed me to broaden my perspective, enhance my clinical skills, and develop a flexible approach to therapy.

Attachment-Based Therapy explores the emotional bonds and relationship patterns formed throughout your life. We help you build secure, supportive connections—both with yourself and others—so you can heal, grow, and feel safe in your relationships.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based approach focused on understanding the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that shape your everyday experience. Our therapists help you break unhelpful patterns, challenge negative thinking, and develop practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, and stress.

Our Approach:
We aim to provide a compassionate and collaborative space by blending the science of CBT with the warmth of attachment theory. We are fully remote, making our services accessible and private for every Albertan ready to take the next step.
